I’m one of those weirdos that was born (and still live) in the wrong climate… so I get really excited when Fall rolls around and Texas temperatures start to drop. Want to know what also excites me? That NOTHING can separate us from the love of God. That’s some good news, right? We think so… so much so that we wanted to give you a little reminder this month (via our free wallpaper). As the stress of the holidays start to press in around you and your church, remember this month that God’s love is not contingent upon your performance, and NOTHING can separate you from it.

Think of the song “It is Well”, and you probably think of funerals or services that follow a tragedy. When we sing the song, we remind ourselves that God is in control and, one day, the faith we hold now will be sight. “Whatever our lot” in this life, we can proclaim that “It is Well” because we know that God is bigger than whatever hardship we’re facing. Though the song is often sung in the face of great tragedy, I think it’s also a great daily reminder to us in the midst of all the smaller hardships and tragedies that come to us. We really dig beautiful media, and we’re proud to make so much of it available to the churches we serve. That can take the form of an inspiring mini movie, or can take the shape of a breath-taking worship background. Every now and then, an image grabs a hold of us and sticks with us.
